I work in a private bank in dhanbad originally from patna bihar. Recently purchased a plot in Bankers colony -1 i.e Plot no. 925 of area 1800 sq ft Initially I was not interested in discussion with NAPCL, But after seeing the site and location, I felt this area is developing very fast with lot of Ring Road connection and AIMS patna. Considering all this good advantages, I felt in future this land will have good value and another reason is its a small investment currently, but in the future this land will have good value and bring good returns. My name is Shruti, I work in a private company, it was like a dream for me to buy land on Ring Road of Patna in 2019, I was quite desperate that how will I buy land in this era of inflation, my friend who is very rich has always Capital is invested in land, then NACPL came to know through a relative,Despite having a reasonable price, it was impossible to buy land considering the low salary and the maintenance of the child, then I took advantage of the EMI facility through NACPL and bought 1200 SQFT of land in very minimum monthly installments in 2023 , today the price of the land has doubled now and I am very happy with service of NACPL.
